ELIGIBILITY: The Adventure Awaits: Live at The Ashe for a Chance to Win a Two-Year Leaseon a Ford Bronco (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal United States residents who reside inNorth Carolina or become a resident of North Carolina, who are eighteen (18) years of age orolder as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of 2177 Brevard LLC  (“Sponsor URSProperties, LLC and URS Capital Partners I LLC,, Realtime Media LLC (“Administrator”) andtheir respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment andmarketing agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), their immediate family membersand those living in the same household as such individuals (whether legally related or not) arenot eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of this Sweepstakes,immediate family members are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws,grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and their respective spouses, and those livingin the same household shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3)months a year, whether legally related or not. In the event that a household, based on address,enters the Sweepstakes using more than five (5) unique email addresses, all of theSweepstakes entries associated with that household (determined by Sponsor or Administrator attheir sole discretion) will be disqualified. Void outside North Carolina and where prohibited bylaw. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes,you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and thedecisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of theSweepstakes, selection of the winners, and Sponsor’s exercise of discretion, which will be final,non-appealable, and binding in all respects.TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at or about 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 1,2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Thedesignated computer clock of the Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in theSweepstakes.2. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter and one (1) way to obtain Bonus Entriesduring the Sweepstakes Period: BECOME A LEASEHOLDER AT THE ASHE: To enter via this method you must become aleaseholder at The Ashe located in North Carolina by signing a lease agreement for at leastone (1) year, moving in during the Sweepstakes Period, and paying at least one (1) month’srent at The Ashe property in North Carolina. If you take the steps above, you will receive one(1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Additionally, eligible tenants named on your leaseagreement will also receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to the limit below.


REFERRING A TENANT: To enter via this method, you must be a leaseholder at The Ashelocated in North Carolina (as described above). Then, during the Sweepstakes Period, youmust refer a tenant (“Referred Tenant”) who then must sign a lease agreement, move intoan eligible unit, and pay at least one (1) month’s rent at The Ashe property in North Carolina.You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each Referred Tenant who does sobefore 8/31/26, up to five (5) entries, subject to the limit below, via this method.FURTHER CONDITIONS:o Leaseholders who are evicted or fail to pay their rent will be disqualified. However,entries will not be revoked for leaseholders who no longer reside at The Ashe at thetime of the drawing as long as they don’t have any outstanding balances exceedingthirty (30) days.o If a Referred Tenant is evicted or fails to pay rent, the associated entry will beforfeited.o Tenants must be current or former tenants with no outstanding balances past duefor over 30 days at the time of drawing.
 Alternate Method of Entry (3x5 mail-in card or paper): To enter without becoming aleaseholder at The Ashe or referring a tenant, during the Sweepstakes Period, legibly hand-print your full name, full mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), email address, phone number,and birth date on a plain 3x5 inch paper. Mail your completed entry to Realtime Media, Attn:Adventure Awaits: Live at The Ashe for a Chance to Win a Two-Year Lease on a FordBronco Entry (11072), 2460 General Armistead Ave, STE 209, West Norriton, PA 19403.Each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. Nophotocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is notresponsible for postage-due entries or for any incorrect or illegible data contained in anysweepstakes entry. Mailed-in entries must be postmarked no later September 1, 2026, andreceived by September 8, 2026, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. All mailed entriesbecome the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. If you take thesteps above, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes subject to the limit below.The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false,incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.LIMIT: Up to six (6) entries per person, regardless of the method of entry or combined methodsof entry. Attempts made by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of entriesby using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result indisqualification. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, roboticor other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of thestated limit(s), incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late ormisdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualifiedfrom the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Those who do not follow allinstructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rulesor other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meetthe eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) arevoid. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned.In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by theregistered account holder of the email address associated with the entry for the domainassociated with the submitted address, provided that person is eligible. Any potential winner maybe required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Registered account holder isdefined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, onlineservice provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. In the eventthat a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an entry cannot be resolvedto Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. 3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: There will be five (5) potential finalists (“Finalist”) selected in thisSweepstakes, via a random drawing on or about September 9, 2026 in accordance with theseOfficial Rules. Of those five (5) Finalists, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined asdescribed below.4. ODDS: Odds of becoming a Finalist and winning any prize depend on the total number ofeligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.WINNER DETERMINATION/FINALIST NOTIFICATION/PRIZE CLAIMING: Each potentialFinalist will be notified via email (or other contact information) using the information provided onthe entry form in a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. The Sweepstakes Partiesare not responsible for and shall not be liable for incorrect, changed, or illegible contactinformation or for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form ofactive or passive filtering, or insufficient space in entrant’s email or other account to receivemessages. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for late, lost, intercepted, misdirected, orunsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner. Notification is deemed to have occurredimmediately upon sending of an email. If a potential Finalists cannot be contacted within areasonable time period, if potential Finalist is ineligible, if any notification is returnedundeliverable, or if a potential Finalist otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules,potential Finalist will forfeit their spot as a Finalist and an alternate Finalist may be selected fromamong all remaining eligible entries. As part of the Finalist notification process, potentialFinalists, will be required to complete and submit a declaration of eligibility/release ofliability/prize acceptance agreement (“Declaration”), within three (3) days of date of notification,as a condition of receiving a prize. If any potential Finalist fails or refuses to sign and return theDeclaration within the required time period or if the Declaration is returned as rejected, faulty,unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to potential winner, and/or the potential winner isotherwise noncompliant, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will beselected, up to three (3) alternates, after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded.Potential Finalist becomes a “Finalist” only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor.Each Finalist will be invited to attend The Ashe Ford Bronco Grand Finale Winner Reveal eventscheduled to take place in September 2026, exact date to be determined by Sponsor (“Event”)where each Finalist will be given a car key, randomly distributed by Sponsor in a mannerdetermined in its sole discretion. Once instructed by the Sponsor, and in the order determined bySponsor, in its sole discretion, each Finalist will attempt to start the car with the key provided. Ifthe car key you received starts the car, you are the potential winner of the Grand Prize. The caron display will not be the actual car provided as the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner mayalso need to complete a Grand Prize specific Declaration, within five (5) days of date ofnotification, as a condition of receiving the Grand Prize. If the potential Grand Prize winner failsor refuses to sign and return the Declaration within the required time period or if the Declarationis returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to potential Grand Prizewinner or if the potential Grand Prize winner is ineligible, the potential Grand Prize winner will bedisqualified. You must physically attend the Event or designate someone to represent you(“Representative”) at the Event on the date specified by the Sponsor or you/Representative willnot be eligible to receive a car key and therefore you will be disqualified from receiving any prize.Representative will not be eligible to receive the Grand Prize or any Finalist Prize.Parents or legal guardians of any prize winner under the age of majority in their state/jurisdictionof residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama andNebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) may be required to also sign the Declaration inorder for the Finalist to be qualified to participate in the Event and/or receive a prize.No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If, for any reason, more bona fidewinners come forward seeking to claim prizes in excess of the number of each type of prize setforth in these Official Rules, the winners of the advertised number of prizes available may beselected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such prizes. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under suchcircumstances.5. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes are:ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The “Grand Prize” is a 2026 Ford Bronco 2-Year Lease. Leaseincludes 10,500 miles per year, the sales tax on the car and dealership fees. Approximate RetailValue (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $25,329.39The ARV of the Vehicle is as of date of printing of these Official Rules. Any difference in valueas stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. Vehicle will bedelivered with standard equipment, as specified by Sponsor. Any upgrades and options are atthe sole expense of the Grand Prize winner. Color, package, factory options, and other specificsto be determined by Sponsor, and are subject to availability. Winner must be a licensed driverand must present a current valid U.S. driver's license, proof of insurance and complete a creditcheck prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. Failure to show same may result in Grand Prizeforfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner. Grand Prize winner is subject to leaseapproval. Grand Prize winner is responsible for title, license insurance, registration. All othercosts not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the responsibility of Grand Prizewinner. Grand Prize winner may be required to take delivery of Vehicle from a designatedauthorized dealer within thirty (30) days after the date the Vehicle is delivered to the specifieddesignated dealer, or the Vehicle may (in Sponsor's sole discretion) be automatically forfeited bythe Grand Prize winner. Otherwise, Grand Prize will be delivered directly to Grand Prize winnerfrom Sponsor at a location and on a date selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolutediscretion. Except as stated in the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the Vehicle, none ofSponsor, Administrator, or any other person associated with the manufacture, distribution,development and execution of this Sweepstakes and its prize(s), or any of their respectiveaffiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes anywarranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to theuse or enjoyment of the Vehicle, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition,merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash,except in Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted,except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the eventan offered prize is unavailable. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize aresubject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to suchmanufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim. The Grand Prize winner will be solelyresponsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associatedwith the prize they receive.FOUR (4) FINALIST PRIZES: Each Finalist can select only one (1) of the prize options below:Prize Option 1: A $1,500 prepaid gift card. Terms and Conditions apply.Prize Option 2: A Sponsor-specified mountain bike.Prize Option 3: A $1,500 voucher to a spa selected by the Sponsor located in Ashville, NC.Terms and Conditions of the voucher apply.Prize Option 4: A seven (7) month membership to a sauna located in Ashville, NC Terms andConditions of membership apply.ARV of each Finalist Prize: $1,500Total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes: $31,329.39Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions except atSponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules willbe determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability aresubject to change and are subject applicable rules and restrictions. In the event that Sponsor isunable to provide a prize or prize component, the Sponsor may elect to provide winners with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greatervalue. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied(including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particularpurpose). Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for anyother fees or costs associated with the prizes received, regardless of whether they, in whole orin part, are used. The ARV of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsoras of the time these Official Rules are printed and may fluctuate. The value of the Grand Prizeand Finalist Prizes will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner of such prizewill be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before the prize will beawarded for tax reporting purposes via a W-9 form. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in thename of winner for the actual value of the prize received. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited.Prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible forand will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize or any prize that is undeliverable or doesnot reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept oruse the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and theSweepstakes Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of theprize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Parties arenot responsible for, and winner will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value ofthe prize(s) at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in anySweepstakes-related correspondence or material. Limit of one (1) prize per person. Sponsor willattempt to fulfill all properly claimed Finalists prizes within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeksafter winner verification.6. GENERAL: Subject to applicable law, each winner hereby expressly grants to the SweepstakesParties and their respective successors, assigns, sublicensees and designees, the irrevocableright to use and publish his/her name, social handles, likeness (photographic or simulated),voice, biography and place of residence for all purposes, including, without limitation,advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes(“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, withoutany form of notice, permission or any amount or kind of compensation, except for the awardingof the prize(s) to the winner(s). All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights insuch Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winner herebydisclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solelyunder the control of Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each winner hereby waives any claim ofcontrol over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of winner’s name,likeness or voice under contract, tort or any other theory of law. The Sweepstakes Parties do notassume any responsibility for any disruption in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, thefailure or interruption of any social media platform or any internet service provider. In the eventthere is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained inany Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these OfficialRules shall prevail, govern, and control. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing withthe Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood,epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy,communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance,terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes byany party, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any courtor jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure”event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate theSweepstakes or prize. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretionto modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes should causes beyond Sponsor’s controlcorrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of theSweepstakes.7. CONDUCT: The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for the actions of entrants inconnection with the Sweepstakes, including entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of theSweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify(or terminate the prize of) any individual who is found to be, or suspected of, acting in anymanner deemed by the Sweepstakes Parties to be in violation of the Official Rules, or to beunsportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any otherperson, or to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, and voidall associated entries and/or registrations. WAIVERS AND DISCLAIMERS: The Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility or liabilityfor: (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, damaged orgarbled registrations, entries, URLs, or emails; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information,or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to, or theft,destruction or alteration of entries or registrations at any point in the operation of thisSweepstakes; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion,defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to anyequipment, systems, networks, lines, cable, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized inany aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (e) inaccessibility or unavailability of theInternet or the website or any combination thereof or for computer hardware or softwaremalfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human,mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or inconnection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which mayoccur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, socialnetworking posts, or registrations, the announcement of the prizes, or in any other Sweepstakes-related materials; or (f) any injury or damage to entrants or to any other person's computer whichmay be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes. If, for anyreason, the Sweepstakes (or any part thereof) is not capable of running as planned for reasonswhich may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorizedintervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect theadministration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then theSweepstakes Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify orsuspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. If terminated, the Sweepstakes Parties will awardthe prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received for theSweepstakes up to the time of such action.9. RELEASES: All entrants, as a condition of participation in this Sweepstakes, release, discharge,indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective directors,officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) from andagainst any and all liability, claims, costs (including attorneys’ fees), losses, damages, fines, oractions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages, or losses to persons or propertywhich may be sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with: (i)participation in any aspect of the Sweepstakes (including travel to/from any Sweepstakesactivity), (ii) the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize awarded, including any travelassociated with any prize, (iii) the Released Parties’ violation of rights of publicity or privacy,claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement ofintellectual property; (iv) entrant’s registration material on any related website, or (v) anytypographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation orannouncement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or prize.10. GOVERNING LAW AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: All issues and questions concerning theconstruction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights andobligations of entrants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes willbe governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would causethe application of any other laws.BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENTPERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSESOF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANYPRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORMOF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BELIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOTTO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BEAWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANTBE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY ANDEXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIALOR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THANACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/ORANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (D)ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) ANDENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLERELIEF. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only througharbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable reliefin the state and federal courts in the State of New York, and any other court with jurisdiction overthe parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decisionand award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may beentered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, anyclaim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolvedsolely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration RulesProcedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling orunable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”,then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American ArbitrationAssociation (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in the State of New York. The federal or statelaw that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will bearbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedingsthat involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided,however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable orunenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought ina court of competent jurisdiction in the State of New York. Sponsor agrees to pay theadministrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excludingany travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may,notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court.12. ENTRY INFORMATION AND SWEEPSTAKES COMMUNICATIONS: As a condition of enteringthe Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name,address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakesand to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrant provides toSponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on aSweepstakes winner’s list. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to all of the termsand conditions of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.assetliving.com/legal/privacy-policy. In the event of any discrepancy between theSponsor’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern.13. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules orthe Declaration will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event thatany provision of the Official Rules or Declaration is determined to be invalid or otherwise
unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed inaccordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of thatprovision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headingsare solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner themeaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancyor inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-relatedmaterials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or applicationand/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern andcontrol and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.14.
