-Sign a lease agreement for at least one year at The Ashe in North Carolina. -Move in during the sweepstakes period and pay at least one month’s rent. -Receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. -All eligible tenants named on your lease will also receive the same entries and bonus opportunities.
Refer a Tenant
-Already a leaseholder at The Ashe? Refer a new tenant!
-Your referred tenant must sign a lease, move in, and pay at least one month’s rent during the sweepstakes period.
-Earn one (1) entry for each referred tenant who qualifies, up to five (5) total entries.
